How many JS files are affected? If it is only a few and you think it is a bug that will be fixed, then it is probably better to just monkey patch your JS files. It would be a good test case for making sure we've made it easy enough to do such a thing. You should be able to set up a folder structure with the relevant package paths and then point to it with the -sdk-js-lib option.
