Hi Yishay, Yeah … but why do we need them in FlexJS now? I was quite happy with not needing stuff like that.

As far as I understand it's a proprietary Adobe format which requires a proprietary tool, which is why we want to remove them from our repo. We're using them to implement blend-mode styles in flash. I recently added them to downloads.xml, which is a file containing a bunch of ant tasks for adding external dependencies that need to be downloaded. We're wondering how the same trick could be done for Maven.
