Hi all,

I would like to remind you that on March 8th the applications for travel
assistance closes.

As FlexJS Summit being part of this year’s ApacheCon and a lot of the core
developers and FlexJS enthusiasts are coming, some of you might be interested
in coming too.

For those of you who don’t know what TAC is: Apache thinks “not being able to
afford the trip” should not be an excuse for not coming. Therefore, TAC gives
people the opportunity to come by paying for their trip. We however do ask you
to help with hosting the conference, but this is more fun than a burdon. I
travelled to ApacheCon in Denver with TAC and it has left such an impression,
that always try to stay a little part of it since then.

For more information, go here: http://www.apache.org/travel/

And please … if you apply … the question on how long you are willing to stay …
the core conference is 3 days, but the entire event is 5 days (Monday to
Friday) so keep that in mind ☺

Chris
