I've just pushed an initial examples directory with ANT build scripts. I'm not 100% sure this is the best structure, but I think it could work.
The examples/build.xml only builds the examples, it does not yet copy them into the TourJS resources folder. On a side-note, I had to clean up some FlexJS framework code to get the examples to work.
