By the way, to download an SDK in Windows Moonshine, do the following: 1. File -> Settings 2. MXMLC Compiler Plugin 3. There is a link called "Download a New SDK" 4. Select the desired FlexJS interface. The download tool is a slightly streamlined version of the Apache Flex SDK Installer Revisiting this page, I see that the section is clearly labeled "Default Apache Flex SDK", so I see why it is not clear that it can be used for FlexJS as well.
