Post PrintUIManagement.js. Maybe there is a clue in there. The only other thing I saw that was strange was a setting of -external-library-path=typedefs. I have no idea what that does, but if the wrong SWCs are seen as external then there wouldn't be a goog.requires. But there still should be some mention of SimpleCSSValuesImpl in the MXML data structure.
