I'm wondering if it could be that the compiler is trying to find that path
on your d: drive instead of c:

There is code in 
compiler-jx/src/main/java/org/apache/flex/compiler/internal/codegen/mxml/fl
exjs/MXMLFlexJSPublisher.java


in flex-falcon that tries to come up with the path.  Maybe it isn't
handling multiple drives.
