Hey Alex,

Yes, my next question was as to why the ant installer was downloading Falcon 
version 0.6.0. So, your ant command answered that. The new command did again 
fail on the air sdk download, though. Looks like it was a timeout of some sort. 
I downloaded the air sdk from 
https://airdownload.adobe.com/air/win/download/14.0/AdobeAIRSDK.zip, moved it 
to the 'in' folder in the installation directory, and your ant command got the 
build completed successfully.

There is a bug in the ant install.  Try running:

ant -f installer.xml -Dflexjs.version=0.7.0 -Dfalcon.version=0.7.0
