I have not compares the Greensock Flash and JS APIs, but in my dreams, Greensock would become a FlexJS "customer" and provide common APIs for both of their libraries so we wouldn't have to do any work, and they could license it any way they want. Really, I would love the CreateJS folks to take over our CreateJS SWC and similar for Jquery. We mainly did them as proof-of-concept. My 2 cents, -Alex
