I would be happier if SO content could be Apache licensed, but SO prefers
CC-SA, so just like in their Q/A content, we have to be careful about
copying content into the ASF repos and releases.  AIUI, If content is
first created in our repos and then copied to SO, it doesn't change the
licensing of the quoted material.  So, SO documentation probably can't be
the official home of Apache Flex documentation, but there is no reason for
volunteers to not help out there.

I thought I read that some ASF projects use SO's Q/A for support channels,
so there may be other ways around licensing issues.
