I was going to add this clean up of the examples to my to-do list for after the Adobe summer break, but then I saw this suggestion and I'm not sure how that will effect things for the compilation. I thought the application descriptors had to sit along side the main mxml file, but its been awhile since I wrote a true AIR app.
