As the current theme is GPL licensed it would be best if it was replaced with 
something with a more permissive license. You can’t have a GPL code in Apache 
licensed product.[1] For why see [2]. it might be able to be considered a 
optional component. In that case we can’t distribute the code [3] and we’d need 
to provide instructions on how user can get the theme themselves. [4]
