Also, it looks like you still have some environment variables set like FALCON_HOME or FALCONJX_HOME
To use "ant all", only set PLAYERGLOBAL_HOME and FLASHPLAYER_DEBUGGER Then only have flex-asjs in a folder and run "ant all".
