Yes, everything should be in the SWCs.  The default scripts that launch
mxmlc point to that directory so folks can monkey-patch.  You don’t have
to allow it in the Maven config, but it could turn out to be useful to a
monkey-patcher someday.  At one point in time, before we packaged JS in
the SWCs, we used that folder heavily.

Yeah, you can package more stuff in the SWCs if you want.  Do it soon as I
want to get a release out sooner rather than later.
