It seems IntelliJ try to find Mxmlc thru compc.jar, I added compc.jar only to make it able to compile libs in certain situations. Try to go to Settings, find ActionScript & Flex Compiler, from there tick "built-in compiler shell" instead of "Mxmlc/Compc", validate clicking OK and press CTRL+ALT+Y to synchronize the conf files, rebuild.
