In fact, the SDK build broke downloading Saxon from some other server just
the other day.  Every once in a while, you aren’t going to get the bits
you expected.  And knowing that with an error message in the UI is better
than a crash.

I would prefer not to have us responsible for hosting the latest versions
of the Adobe SDKs or maintain copies of the other downloads we use but I
can go either way.  For the Adobe bits, I think Apache would have to
become an official distributor, and I don’t think that would look good.

Anyway, I ordered an Azure VM from Infra [1].  We can move MD5Checker
there and/or host these other files there.
