Thanks for your empathy, Mike. I had thought that I got too mushy and everybody walked away saying ewwwww. Ha. And yes, if copying the 3 files mentioned from a flex sdk to the flexJS sdk and updating the version number before adding it to IJ as an sdk, IJ will use the flexJS sdk debugger without trying to apply its patch.
