In the end I set the cache folder, and copied the downloaded JBurg tarball in the corresponding folder (Project/jburg for anyone with a similar problem), although I had to retry a couple more times because of other problems.
I'd say it's an installer problem, the JBurg archive downloaded wrongly all times, and I don't think it's a cache thing as I tried completely cleaning it a couple of times, also, downloading the file manually from the same mirror shown in the installer log downloaded a correct file. This should be solved.
