Ok I just noticed, that I didn't add the Apache Snapshot Repo to the 
pluginRepos ... please update and re-try again :-)

Actually the artifacts should be in the Apache Snapshot repo. The sonatype is 
the one where Flexmojos SNAPSHOTS are located:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/flex/compiler/
