The donated code I believe wasn’t identical to what Adobe last release was, 
however I’m unsure if it supports right to left text. The best way to find out 
would be to try it and see, you would however require a dictionary for the 
language in question. Most (but not all) of these are non Adobe license 
comparable (LGPL). You can obtain other dictionary files from:
    http://wordlist.aspell.net/other-dicts
    http://extensions.openoffice.org
    http://hunspell.sourceforge.net

The README has instructions on how to add a new dictionary.
