I have just initiated the release process for the Mavenizer. This is now used by flexmojos to auto-download air and flashplayer releaded binaries. Still haven't found a solution for the font-encoding. This is the last part that would need confirmation and downloading. Alternatively I could reference artifacts from Velo's old Adobe repos (http://repository.sonatype.org/content/groups/flexgroup/com/adobe/flex/compiler/flex-fontkit/) but I think that's a hack and it would require users to add that repo to their builds.
But still we have quite a lot of patched binary dependencies. I don't know if we should publish these jars. I'd rather investigate what the changes were and why a patched version is needed. Eventually this is no longer needed and we could use the official version. I allways feel bad when encountering patched libs :-( Could use a little help with that library investigation ;-) But as soon as that's sorted out I think we could start publishing our parts.
