Hi, This has been an issue for several weeks now, and has been reported by a user in JIRA [1]. Does anyone know what the issue is or even better how to fix it? I took a look but it not obvious what the issue is. Also this issue doesn't seem to be logged in google analytics so we have no idea how many times it's happened.
