Don't think we're using the mirror for that file? HTTPS could fail when HTTP works for a number of reasons and it the only https call we make (as far as I'm aware). Looking at the OSMF issue in a little more detail it looks to be location related with 75% of the errors occurring in Russia. Anyone confirm? Thanks, Justin
