You mean sources/org/w3c/css/sac/LexicalUnit.java?

Actually, there are several java files that have W3C headers, and I think
all but LexicalUnit point to the 2002 license [3].  The header of
LexicalUnit.java just points to a top-level page [2] which has a link to
the 2002 license [3] which has a link to the 1998 license [1].  No idea
which one applies but the Notes in 2002 make it sound to me that it
supersedes [1].  I think we’re covered without explicitly including the
1998 license, but not 100% sure.
