The RSL 'issue' Justin reports isn't a regression, it's been around since 4.9...
"Looks like the file is question is named "textLayout_4.14.0.20150121.swf" not the expected "textLayout_20150121.swf". The RSL in question has had the version number included since that release: 'textLayout_4.9.1.1447119.swf'. If it's even an issue IRL at all, no one has cared enough to even file a JIRA.
