Yes until there it happened the same to me as well now try to log out / in and 
try again it should be ok.

I will try to summarize all the steps it requires after that and give atlassian 
a feedback.

I've tried again, and it didn't work. I've reset my password (another
CAPTCHA fight), but the link in the email goes to a page that says 'bad
verification code'.
