Hi Harbs, During my port from Flex Unit 1 to Apache Flex Unit I've decided mark all tests which initially failing as Ignore and get back to it once we have all FU tests ported. Feel free to remove tag Ignore and try these tests - Maybe some of them after your changes are working now.
