To clarify the process to get to the point Alex is talking about: You first have to set up Mustella according to the manual in the Wiki [1]. Then you have to run the tests (make sure you only run a subset based on the failures from the jobs on the Mustella VM [2], unless you have 8 - 10 hrs to kill), like so:
./mini_run.sh tests/gumbo/components/RichEditableText Then make sure the 'imagediff' AIR app is build properly (this was causing problems on my end). Delete any previously built SWFs from '[SDK]/mustella/utilities/imageDiffAIR/src', then run: ant build-imagediff Only after these steps was I able to run: ant imagediff and have the actual ImageDiff utility launch without errors.
