Hi Piotr,

All of the ApproveXXX scripts are designed to build the release candidate
by referencing other source packages or git repos, not SDKs that are set
up for IDEs.  IMO, that’s a better test that we aren’t counting on a
non-Apache dependency being mixed into the source trees.

So, since Squiggly compiles against the Flex SDK, you’ll need to set up
all of the environment required to use the Flex SDK repo or source
packages.  See the README in the flex-sdk repo or source packages.  I
suppose that the Squiggly README should be updated to show folks how to
build against source packages, but that is not a blocker for me.
