OK.  At Adobe the employment agreement actually says they own code I write
in my spare time unless I have a previous arrangement with the Adobe.  As
long as your company doesn't have an agreement like this, you should be ok.

You don't have to send the zip file with the Software Grant to the
secretary.
The Exhibit A in the Software Grant form just needs a URL and MD5 hash for
the files which can live in your GitHub project.  You can also use a tag
or hash in Exhibit A (hash is preferred, I just found out today).  Then
we'll download the code from there.
