Again, I saw a mentor thread saying it is ok to modify an .xml config file on the site, but couldn't find the thread that explicitly said we don't need a release vote for the badge installer, which is my current understanding of the situation. The badge installer is not in the source package for the installer AFAICT. IMO, I think we are fine pushing TDF modifications to the site without a release vote. -Alex
