Fails to compile on Linux with 4.12 (which is what I have to hand here) :
    [mxmlc] Loading configuration file
/home/tchiverton/workspace/apache-flex-4.12/apache-flex-sdk-4.12.0-bin/frameworks/flex-config.xml
    [mxmlc] Error: unable to open
'/home/tchiverton/workspace/apache-flex-tour-de-flex-component-explorer-1.0/apache-flex-tour-de-flex-component-explorer-1.0/src//spark/controls/TextLayout3Example.mxml'
    [mxmlc]
[mxmlc] Use 'mxmlc -help' for information about using the command line.
    [mxmlc] Apache Flex Compiler (mxmlc)
    [mxmlc] Version 4.12.0 build 20140303
[mxmlc] Copyright 2013 The Apache Software Foundation.
    [mxmlc]

So consider that a -1.

I don't know if it's 'allowed' but I'd remove the drop shadows on the
boxes before release, it'll look a lot better. There's also a double
border on the tree control and it's container, so the Tree could have
it's border off.
I'd also put Spark before MX in the list.
