Another question is whether you and akamud truly have ownership. Often, work done for a client is owned by the client. And if one or both of you also work for a corporation or other business entity, that entity might actually have ownership. But until we choose your work as the default theme of FlexJS and want to get the source in the Apache Flex repo, it doesn't matter. Until then, and even after, folks can go use your theme where you have it posted now. -Alex
