[DISCUSS] Discuss Apache FlexJS 0.0.1 RC3

Only changes are to point the installer to FalconJX RC4 (once the site
builder comes back on-line) and stop defaulting to the nightly build for
Falcon for Ant users, and a minor change to the README.

Votes from RC2 will carryover.
