Actually, you assumed that since it couldn't be reproduced, then it was fixed in 4.12. To be sure, I think you should install 4.11, reproduce the error, then test again with 4.12, and check if it disappeared. What do you think?

At the very least I'd paste the code you used to test the issue before marking it as "can not reproduce" and state something like "Please ask for this issue to be reopened if you still find it is an issue."
