Just a heads up -- I ran through all my tests (two large mobile apps, one large web app, and a few smaller desktop apps), and everything tested fine. Mustella tests passed on AIR 4.0/FP12 on my Windows 7 x64 machine. Based on this thread, I'm assuming that RC3 is dead and there will be a new build, so I won't put in my vote in the [VOTE] thread.
Made some small changes to the README and RELEASE_NOTES docs to fix some very minor grammar and formatting issues.
