We need to better 'market' the new features being released/bug fixes... The new IOS7 also seems to be a hot topic, lots of concern around this. Perceptions can crush a project... Being a community based project 'we' all need to chip in.... There are a few things though that might improve the information flow on new updates etc. 1. Wouldn't it be a good idea to publish compact release notes with each update. These shouldn't list all bug fixes or so but list functionality which have changed or was added. Personally I use flex day in day out and sometimes, I 'discover' newly added or changed functionality (e.g. spark Alert, removeItem on ArrayCollection, etc ...). this could be as simple as stripping the 'NEW FEATURES' section of the release notes and put it in a convenient place. We might put this on a page under 'About flex' or 'Development'?? 2. There is some confusion on how to succesfully deploy apps for the new iOS7 platform. Couldn't we write a sort of checklist for the flex community and put that on the website? I think these things could add value to our website. These are just my thoughts on what's missing on the website but maybe others might have additional suggestions? Sincerely Dany Dhondt
