Also, because most (if not all) components in the 'experimental' namespace don't have the same exhaustive set of Mustella tests, we have no way of guaranteeing their continued quality when changes are made to other parts of the SDK... So, until a component gets a comprehensive Mustella test suite, or hell freezes over, I cannot imagine components moving from 'experimental' to 'spark' ;-)
