I'd rather not get into the comments / rating thing. *.apache.org is a
pretty huge target for spammers and we shouoldn't have to make it
somebody's full time job to scrape all those -- esp. if they are tied to
some business which may then want to leave the showcase because of negative
or spammy comments.  Plus the whole DB thing.

I'm in support of a Flex app pulling in a static XML document that would be
easy to update.
