Did a test now. I was navigating to the LayoutBase class. In SDK 4.6, Flash Builder correctly navigated to file LayoutBase.as with the text "LayoutBase" selected and cursor blinking on line 78, col 24. When I did the same for SDK 4.11.0, the selection was somewhere inside the class ASDoc comments, so a few lines above the correct position, specifically the cursor was blinking at 82:28. So the location is different from 4.6 but still wrong.
I confirmed this misbehavior even in the clean workspace as suggested by Cosma.
