ADL is always located in the bin/ directory of SDK that you set for your module. In my case, it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Flex\Apache_Flex_SDK_411_GA\bin\adl.exe
The version of ADL will depend on the AIR version that you selected when installing ApacheFlex with the Installer. You can check it easily but looking the file named airsdk.xml in the SDK root directory.
