I saw you were working towards a new release, but I had no idea what day
you were actually going to go package stuff up and post it.  Therefore I'm
not going to bother to review the RELEASE_NOTES if I think you're just
going to change them a few minutes after I finish.  I think if you send
out an email that says "I'm going to cut an RC in 24 hours unless I hear
objections.  Please help me out by reviewing the README and RELEASE_NOTES
since I"m done fiddling with them" might save you a round of RC's or two.

Haven't looked yet. Was pulling down RC1 when I saw there was still some
mustella failures.  Trying to get set up to investigate.
