I do have an B2C AIR application being used by around 6.000 persons.
It's actually compiled with 4.10/AIR 3.8 - we're already taking
advantage of the new lockedColumnCount of Datagrid.
But one story is not enough to convince decision makers. I was asked for
a showcase, as they expect to see enough success stories to make them
believe in Apache Flex. I believe this is essential to generate trust
and rethink their position towards Flex.

There is a lot of examples, but of course, the decision makers for the new
project are the ones that have to choose what language they prefer on their
projects. And this will influence the continuity in flex development after the
next 3 years.
For my last interview they asked me this:so you think that Flex is a language
with Future?
My answer was:Of course, that is why i am here. Because, first you also believe
on that or this vacancy will not be possible and second i am sure that we don't
have a better tool to create Enterprise Applications.
the mail is already going to long....But, give good examples to the decision
makers, make them believe that Flex is the best option. Is part of marketing
also.
