Upload source and binaries to the dist release site 2. Create a new 2.6 tag in flex-utilities git repo. 3. Merge develop into master I will wait until Flex SDK 4.10 is actually released before making these changes 4. Update Installer badge at http://flex.apache.org/installer.html to point to the new version of the Installer 5. Update http://flex.apache.org/sdk-installer-config-2.0.xml to indicate the latest version (so that auto-update of existing Installer apps kicks in) 6. Shall we let the announcement for Flex SDK 4.10 also include the announcement for the Installer 2.6 as well? Please let me know if you think I am missing something.
