Regarding the Apache Flex wiki: there are many authoritative authors and editors on this list who have access to these pages. As you notice missing or outdated content, you should each feel free to update or add that content. If you do not have wiki access and you are interested in it, you should ask for it because disseminating information using this area is a very good way to get the word out.
