Under the section 'Using the Binary Distribution' the part about
creating an SDK for another IDE is confusing to say the least. It
refers to AIR 3.1 and Flex 4.9, while I believe it should say 3.7 and
4.10.

Also: isn't it a bit confusing that if you want to create and SDK for
'other IDE', you have to use a script that is called
"makeApacheFlexForFlashBuilder"?
