Hi,

With the 4.10 release 'imminent', we need to think about how we can
get the maximum bang for our buck.

What is the status of Scott's appointment? As he is supposed to be
central to our communication efforts, it seems logical he would be
involved in the release process.

Do we have a plan for the release, or are we just going to let it
happen? I think this time we should have a coordinated release, with
the press and everyone with a voice involved.

It is time to take the project to the next level and attract some more
corporate interest and maybe even sponsorship, as well as get more
people involved. We've shown Flex has successfully made the transition
from Adobe to Apache, survived the move to git and all the while we've
continued to improve and expand it. Apache Flex is here to stay and
lead the way forward for cross platform application frameworks. But I
think we can still do better...

Ideas?
