It should be possible to fix this - does AIR 2.6 (don't have it with me

I've packaged a script for .deb for deployment to a PPA before :-)
It needs the admin password to install because all AIR apps on Linux are
system-wide. If you don't have local Admin rights on Windows I expect
the situation is the same ?
The poor quality thing is probably a lack of community feedback/install
count because it's a brand new package, depends on your package manager
and distribution there, rather than the format of the package itself.
