Application code is below. Test results: locale fr_FR => displayed text is 19 Jui 2013, scrolling does not occur, (cf screenshot-2.jpg) locale en_US => displayed date is 06/19/2013, scrolling still occurs when your click in the input box ! (cf. screenshot-3.jpg).
