I took those links as examples and I spied on their settings to come to the URL I posted earlier. That URL doesn't simple point to the 'out' directories, it provides a permanent link to a continually update (on every build) archived version of the last successful build. A minor setting in the post build actions takes care of this archiving and makes the 'artifact' part of the URL available.
